  We just took delivery of a couch and a washer and dryer set, two separate purchases with vastly different experiences.The delivery men (Chris P and Wally on truck #3) were extremely friendly and accommodating, and the sales associate (Dan) we dealt with for the washer and dryer was informative and helpful, helping to track down our couch order which is what made for a positive experience. The couch was purchased during the "Black Friday" sales at another location and transferred to Owen Sound for delivery. 6weeks after the purchase we called to find out when delivery would be scheduled and were told that "you were told that it could be up to 8 weeks, so try back then". In the intervening time we decided we needed a new washer and dryer and went in to Owen Sound Leon's to look and enquire about our couch order in person, the sales associate was quite helpful in tracking down that order, which had somehow been lost. It was extremely frustrating that it took a visit to the store in order to get things sorted out.
